My purchase of iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1 TB First, the cons: - 87% battery health/capacity out of box, which is within their 80-100% specified range for a refurbished phone, but should not qualify as "excellent" condition. This phone has clearly been put through quite a few charging cycles. As soon as the battery capacity falls to 80%, the iOS will throttle down the performance to decrease power consumption. I will need to spend roughly $100 to get a new battery within the next year or so. - There is a minor scratch near the small screen-side camera, which does not seem to impact the photo quality but is easily visible from beyond the 12" distance that they claim you should not be able to see any damage from. - There was a bit of grimy residue around the base of the three main cameras; that area could have been cleaned better. - For the price paid for this phone, quality should be spec'd as "very good" overall rather than "excellent." - Very generic, uninspiring box it was packaged in. Says.

I love that my phone arrived with 96% battery life, with a screen protector, and is indeed in excellent condition. However, I don’t like that they used Fedex as the person that delivered it threw it and didn’t even deliver it to the correct address. Never ship anything with Fedex. Haven’t people watched Cast Away? Seriously upsetting though I’d give Fedex 0/5 stars if I could. 5 star rating is for the product being in excellent condition..

this phone is literally perfect. the color is Space Black. i bought it in Good Condition and when i received it there was not a single scratch or any type of damage to it. the battery was around 40% when i got it but it charged super fast with my magsafe charger. it took about 8 days for me to get the phone because of severe weather conditions but i was super excited when i finally got it. this is the best purchase i’ve made especially for a phone especially a refurbished phone. and after reading other reviews i decided to take the chance.

But the only problem I’ve found is that the ear microphone sometimes sounds as if it is broken. It’s not every time. Just every once in while. Highly recommended, I bought this phone for my gf for Christmas and gave it to her early so she can use it for the holidays since she refused to upgrade from 8 even though it was an aggravation to her. She loves taking pictures and needed better cameras and with this phone , it's like a night and day difference. So good. She also needed better battery life since her 8 would drain almost completely within a few hours and now she can't stop mentioning how happy she is about the battery life. The phone looked great, very very minimal flaws on the outside. Looked practically is a brand new and definitely performs like a brand new phone. Came with a box and charging cord which was unexpected. Data switch from old to new phone and adding cell service was very a easy set up with no need to go anywhere to get either of them completed which is nice. Delivery took a few days and little on edge about that since it's a little pricey but it did arrive on time and do expect to be home to sign for it.
