Easy to learn off camera flash settings, and lots left to learn for studio lighting. Lots of features for a wide array of applications.
Finally can use Canon Speedlite with Canon 250D (Rebel SL3) .
I’ve ran through a few of the original triggers due to constant use, this updated version is awesome. I don’t care for the pro2 version because I don’t work with more than 3-4 lights, the small factor does for me every time. No misfires, no screw on base, no spotty af beam. Small, and easy to use if you’re familiar with their flash systems. .
No complaints. Does exactly what I thought it would. I have it on a Canon 80D and synced to two Godox v860ii flashes. Have not had any issues yet. The connection does work best if you select a specific ID for the flashes. I have lost connection to them when I don't set a specific ID. But I do have a lot of wireless signals running around the room where I set up for "studio" type shots which can cause interference. But when I make sure to set the ID (takes only a few seconds to do), I have no issues..
The X2TC trigger works as advertised but only after I applied a firmware upgrade. Out of the box the trigger would not boot. The LCD would light, but there was no menu visible. The XT2C was also not recognized when on my camera's hot shoe. To be fair, while the X2TC is designed to work with Canon EOS cameras, I am using a Canon EOS Rebel SL3 that does not have a standard hot shoe so it is difficult to find a trigger or speedlight that is compatible with it. I had read that there was an update for this trigger so to solve the problem, I went to the Godox website. I found the website was easy to navigate but not because the English was easy to understand. I found the G3 installation software and Canon EOS firmware easily enough though. Installing the firmware was easy and the X2TC upgraded without issue. Once the update completed the trigger booted up and was also recognized by my camera. I really like using the XT2C trigger now that it is functioning properly. I would have given the XT2.
I’ve stated in another review for Godox speed flash that I am able to use the transmitter to sync up said speed flash and my Godox AD600pro to use simultaneously in photo sessions. Just make sure to choose the correct version for your camera brand. (Canon, Sony etc)..
Comprei para usar no Flash TT685c da godox muito prático, dica que deixo aqui se for usar na sl3 quando for encaixar conferi se foi ate o final o pino que da certo..
I recently purchased the Godox X2T-C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for my Canon 6D camera, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This wireless flash trigger has proven to be a game-changer for my photography setup. The build quality is excellent, and the interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through settings. The TTL functionality ensures accurate and consistent flash exposure, adding versatility to my shooting scenarios. Setting up the trigger with my Canon 6D was a breeze, and the wireless range is commendable. I've experienced reliable connectivity without any signal drops, allowing me to focus on capturing the perfect shot. Overall, the Godox X2T-C is a high-quality wireless flash trigger that exceeds expectations. It has become an integral part of my photography gear, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow Canon users. .
Seems to be well built, only time will tell for sure. The interface is easy to navigate and the button layout makes sense. Didn't take me more than 5 minutes to set it up and have my 2 flashes set to the same channel and it was working. The one negative is the phone app. It seems that very few phones are supported. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and the app constantly crashes on my phone, so it's useless. Thankfully, that isn't a deal breaker. Maybe it does fully work on a phone on the supported list.
